Returns & Exchanges

  • An unboxing video is mandatory for any damage claim.
  • Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Customized Products

  • As our products are personalized and made-to-order, customized items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless they arrive damaged.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after verification.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • Once production has started, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
